Description
Re work to be undertaken on various pictures during the vacation. The chipping of pigment on NG29 and NG232 should to be attended to and instructions are given for cleaning other pictures with soft silk handkerchiefs and the employment of particular types of varnish. Bentley's opinion on the cracking in Wilkie's pictures is also requested
