Letter from Thomas Stainton, 7 Dec 1973, concerning the location of letters by Eastlake in the Handley-Read collection which he deposited at the Victoria and Albert Museum. This letter was written in response to one that Robertson had sent to Andrew McIntosh Patrick, 26 Nov 1973, which has been tipped into the NG copy of 'Sir Charles Eastlake and the Victorian World' and bears Stainton's manuscript annotation: 'wrote 7 12 73 letters given to V&A, April 73'.
