Join Abi Titterington Lough, the founder of 20A Aromatherapy to learn the basics of aromatherapy and leave with a personalised formulation, blended by hand.
Discover the physical, emotional and spiritual properties of flowers, starting the day with a floral tea tasting, before taking part in olfactory exercises to wake up your nose!
This session will also explore the meaning of flowers, their folklore, myth and magic. Learn the Victorian language of flowers, where specific flowers were given an emotional significance, and decide which floral notes to use in your scent.
After your workshop, there is an option to walk around the Gallery, equipped with your new scent knowledge and connect with other workshop attendees. Light refreshments will be served at this event.

Abi Titterington Lough is the founder of 20A Aromatherapy Studio, based in Borough. Abi designs and delivers immersive, educational workshops across the UK and Europe. Her work involves the creation of bespoke formulations for spaces, as well as for individuals, through personalised products, consultation and treatment.
The experiences Abi creates aim to take you on a sensorial journey; cultivating curiosity and intrigue, while restoring vibrancy to the state of mind, through the medium of olfactory exploration. Abi's style of teaching is rooted in exploring the full spectrum of a plant’s potential. Looking at the pharmacological, physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual benefits, as well as history, myth, folklore and symbolism, so that you can tune into these aspects to support you holistically; in body, mind, skin & spirit.
