Each card contains some or all of the following information:

- Title

- Artist

- Engraver

- Notes (e.g. In Colour; Pair; Rare)

- Reference number (e.g. S.19.11.30) and price

Please note: the records linked to the reference numbers on the index card have not yet been identified. Reference numbers are usually prefixed with either an S or C.
