Bringing the correspondent’s attention to Rule 4 of the regulations concerning admission to copy pictures at the South Kensington Museum, reminding him that the pictures of the Vernon, Turner and Bell Collections have for some time been returned to the National Gallery, and that Mr R. N. Wornum died in 1877. Suggests altering or omitting Rule 4.
