Description
Enclosing the form which has been filled up as far as possible, but as the
Director is on the Continent the approximate value of the picture as estimated
by the owner cannot be given, and there are no instructions respecting
insurance, but if they think there is any risk in sending it uninsured either
the Director can be written to, or if they supply the rate of insurance
[Eastlake] will consider the matter.
