Copy of a private letter from F. W. Burton, sending an order on the Paymaster
General for £9,000 payable to the Earl of Suffolk for a picture purchased by the
Trustees of the National Gallery, and asking that they acknowledge receipt and
advise Lord Suffolk that the sum has been paid.
