Advising that Miss White’s and Miss Peate’s water-colour specimens have already been seen and approved, so they will be sent cards of admission to study at the Gallery once they have made a formal application in writing. Also sending a copy of the ‘Rules for admission of Students to the Gallery’ and advising that they may start on 10 February 1887
