Young Ambassadors

The National Gallery’s young patrons programme

Become a Young Ambassador

Step into the story of art

The Young Ambassadors is the National Gallery’s young patrons programme for those aged 20 to 45 who are united in their desire to support the Gallery. As part of an inspiring community, they enjoy access to our collection and experts.

Named after Holbein’s iconic The Ambassadors, our young patrons form a vibrant community of art lovers with a shared commitment to creativity and impact. As a Young Ambassador, your support helps the National Gallery stage world-class exhibitions, conserve great paintings and inspire future generations.

In addition to unlimited exhibition access and use of our elegant Supporters’ House, Young Ambassadors enjoy an annual programme of exclusive events. Throughout the year, these include exhibition openings, private views, curator-led tours, after-hours classes and visits outside the Gallery, such as artist studio tours and day trips to discover UK cities and collections.
