I have lost my membership card, how can I get a new one?
If you have lost your Membership card please email us at hello@nationalgallery.org.uk and we can post out a replacement, or you can visit the Gallery and have a card printed at any of our ticket desks. You can also use a digital Membership card which can be accessed via your account area. Please sign in to your account and go to your account page to upload your digital card to your mobile wallet.
