Section 1 contains the stock numbers of pictures purchased by Agnew's (1904-1909), and the numbers of unsold stock transferred from preceding volume(s) (1888-1904):
- Transferred Stock numbers: 4777-1232
- New Stock numbers: 1233-2918
- Unsold stock was transferred to Picture Stock Book 9 (NGA27/1/1/11)
Section 2 contains the 'Joint' stock numbers (prefix J) purchased by Agnew's with their joint partner(s) (1904-1933), and the numbers of unsold joint stock transferred from preceding volumes(s) (1889-1904):
- Transferred Joint Stock numbers 5421-1215
- New Joint stock numbers: 1216-2009
- Unsold joint stock was transferred to Picture Stock Book 11 (NGA27/1/1/13)
Up to stock number 1216 (1904), both joint and non-joint stock numbers were in the same sequence based on date of acquisition; after this number, joint stock were assigned numbers in a separate sequence. The seperation of stock in this way ended by Picture Stock Book 11.
