Letter from Cantopher referring to Kay having visited Cantopher's painting of Philippe Égalité at Bourlet's in London. Cantopher also encloses a copy of a letter and additional notes sent from Cantopher to Sir Kenneth McKenzie Clark on the same date. Attached is a copy of Kay's response in which he expresses his doubts that the painting is indeed by Sir Thomas Lawrence.
