Description
Complaining that on the 9 Jan 1896 a large painting which was packed and
shipped by the railway company, was so heavy that it could not be
unloaded for several hours upon its arrival at the Gallery. He demands an
explanation for the inconvenience and explains that as his letter to the
Goods Manager on the 9 Jan 1896 had been ignored, he was redirecting his
complaint to the correspondent.
