Description
Thanking him for his offer of loan of a painting but informing him that
the Gallery only accepts loans in exceptional circumstances. He goes on
to suggest that perhaps he meant to write to offer his painting for the
winter exhibition at the Royal Academy in which case he should contact
them directly.
