Informing him there are no pictures in the collection which would be available for loan to the Bradfrod Museum in place of 'The Worship of Bacchus' by George Cruikshank transferred to the institution in 1884 and suggesting that if they would like to enter into an agreement with the authorities of any other Provincial Museum to which National Gallery pictures have been lent (list enclosed) to exchange 'Worship of Bacchus' with another lent picture, the Trustees and Director would be prepared to consider it.
