One letter from Flora Banti to Sir Edward Poynter offering for sale a panel painting of 'Virgin and Child with Saints' by Innocenza da Imola. Three subsequent letters from Banti to Charles Locke Eastlake disclosing the price (£500), providing a description of the work and organising for it to be delvered to the Gallery for inspection. The offer was declined.
