How to activate your Membership

If you've purchased a Membership voucher in our shops or been given a Gift Membership, see how to activate it here.

Important information about activating your Membership.

If your Membership was purchased before 1 April 2022, please email us at Membership@nationalgallery.org.uk so we can activate your account.

As our Membership prices have changed, if you activate your voucher online you will be asked to pay the difference.
If your Membership was a gift, please check with your generous gift giver for the date of purchase.

How to activate your Membership (if bought after 1 April):

  • Select the Membership type that best fits you
  • Add to your basket
  • Sign in or create a new account
  • Before you check out, simply enter your unique code to deduct the voucher value
  • Once this is done, you can start enjoying your Membership right away.
