Copy record of a letter from D. Herbert Ogden to Colin Agnew, discussing stock-taking issues, the use of reserve funds and expenses incurred by the New York office of the firm of Agnew's, with figures given in code. Ogden adds a postcript suggesting that Agnew burns the letter after reading.
The letter is faded and partly illegible.
