Copy of a letter signed by James Bell on behalf of himself and the other executor, JH Hills, to the Treasury Solicitor stating that they will deliver the work at the earliest possible moment and goes over the agreement between Frith and Gambart saying that Gambart has done no wrong provided he pays a fine of £75 for the 6th year and then £10 per month thereafter.
