In this tasting session, wine science author, Sunny Hodge, takes inspiration from the current exhibition Waldmüller: Landscapes and looks to fellow Austrian, Rudolf Steiner, and his biodynamic farming practices, also inspired by nature.
Hodge takes the opportunity to take a critical look at biodynamics, Rudolf Steiner (the founder of the biodynamic process) and natural wines through the lens of Waldmüller. Hodge dissects how we utilise nature within farming to help tasters understand how these techniques shift the balance of what's in your glass.
A copy of his book, 'The Cynic's Guide to Wine' will also be available to purchase.
