About

Experience the drama and innovation of the Baroque period through the works of Caravaggio, Rembrandt and Velázquez. This tour examines the powerful use of light, emotion and realism that defined art in the 17th century.

Discover how artists responded to religious, political and social change while creating some of the most powerful and memorable works in European art history. This tour explores the revolutionary use of light and shadow by Caravaggio, the psychological depth of Rembrandt’s portraits and the courtly elegance of Velázquez’s paintings.
