About
'The Triumph of Art' by artist Jeremy Deller is a nationwide performance that rounds off our Bicentenary celebrations.
Over the last few months, we've revelled with the gods in Dundee, paraded through the streets of Llandudno, blended folklore and rave history in Derry/Londonderry and marvelled at Plymouth’s local strong people!
Now, this free party comes to London. On 26 July, join us on Trafalgar Square for a family-friendly final event with contributions from all four nations.
Starting with a Bacchanalian procession at 11am on King Charles Street, moving along Whitehall to Trafalgar Square, there will be live music, performances, making workshops, opportunities to meet familiar faces from the collection and a big birthday tea party.
Celebrate art in all its forms for a day full of fun and surprises.
