Led by expert artists, our summer schools offer a focused opportunity to develop your skills through practical, hands-on sessions, while deepening your understanding of key techniques, artistic traditions, and our paintings.  

Whether you're interested in life drawing, embroidery, painting or sculpture, or simply want to explore how artists work, these summer schools are designed to nurture both craft and curiosity.

Alongside dedicated time in the Clore Art Studio, each summer school includes guided sessions in the galleries to enhance your understanding of making and learning about art. 

Each summer school is suitable for learners and artists of all levels. All materials are provided, and you will take your artworks home with you. Handouts with extra resources will also be provided.  All sessions will take place onsite in our state-of-the-art Clore Art Studio in our Roden Centre for Creative Learning.
