Expressing that he considers the portrait of 'Olivares' to be as good as the similar one sold by Sir Joseph Duveen for £120,000, but that under the circumstances he will accept £12,000 net or £10,000 for immediate cash sale. Adding that he is leaving to America for two months but asking that Messrs Spink & Son keep in communication with Lewis Huth Walters.
