Copy record of a letter from D. Herbert Ogden to Charles Romer Williams, regarding a demand by the Board of Lloyds bacnk that the firm of Agnew's considerably reduce its overdraft by the end of the following month. The letter discusses sums of money owed by a number of clients and the necessity for no more purchases by the firm of Agnew's until finances have improved.
The ink on the second page of the letter and is faded and partly indecipherable.
