Description
Edward understands that the Gallery annual reports will provide him with details of the pictures that have been loaned out, but he is concerned with the number of institutions that may not be aware of where the paintings they hold have come from. Edward is acting on information provided in an article by the Daily Mail, in which it was claimed that paintings loaned out from the National Gallery are not being correctly recorded by the institutions that receive the loans.
