Description
Explaining, on behalf of the Director, that since the enlargement of the Gallery
the students have become so numerous that great vigilance is necessary in order
to prevent an abuse of Rule 10 in the enclosed Regulations, and that the Curator
of the Turner Water-colour Room only questioned him in exercise of his duty due
to not knowing him by sight.
