Description
Informing the correspondent that the three temporary sub-officials, Holl, Smith,
and Canning, will all receive the same wages and same position as 'assistant
porter'. Stating the only education requirements were that Holl be proficient in
arithmetic, and that he has shown this to be the case during his employment.
