Re his letter of 8 May 1865 containing the opinion of the Attorney and Solicitor-General re the non-delivery of two pictures [bequeathed by Jacob Bell]. The Trustees request the Solicitor to the Treasury is directed to take the proper steps to obtain delivery of the works
