Description
Informing him that the wallpaper supplied through the Office of Works for
the British School Rooms, only hung last spring, has changed colour from
a Venetian red to a brownish grey, providing an unsatisfactory background
for the pictures. Asking him to make enquiries about this before more
wallpaper is sent.
