Informing her that the Gallery will not comment upon valuation for
paintings held in private collections. If she wishes to offer the work
for sale to the Gallery, however, then Mr Poynter will be happy to
examine it. Further if she wishes to do so she should direct her
correspondence to the Gallery, not his studio.
