Description
Informing him that Saint Sebastian by Matteo di Giovanni has been hung in
room II. The crack in the lower part of the panel has been repaired
efficiently but the new lining of the case is an offensive shade of
green. He also informs him that the painting removed so that it could be
hung has been moved to Room I and looks very good in its new position
above 'An Allegory with Venus and Cupid' by Bronzino.
