Date

Description

Requesting for how many persons he desires places to see the Procession
and informing him that there may be room for a few officers under the
Portico of the National Gallery as the terraces in front of this
building, which were stone-paved, are now fresh-laid with turf and grass
and on which it would be impossible to stand without damaging the recent
work.
