Description
Informing him that the Director of the National Gallery has been
consulted and judging from the specimen of coloured photography left here
the director does not consider that the result of his experiments
justifies him occupying a place for a whole day, to the exclusion of
other photographers, and suggesting he would have access to the Louvre
for his labours. [Letter has been crossed through].
