Description

Explaining that Lord Carlisle thought it better to replace the two
cartoons by Agostino Carracci, on the walls of the stone-paved vestibule
leading to the Turner Water-Colour Gallery, with the De Wint Drawings
which have just been removed and stating that Mr Buttery found some
mildew spots on the paper's surface and asking for his opinion as to
whether they be put in a paved hall.
