Informing him of the death of John Dixon who was one of the Curators and stating that it has been proposed that John Thomas Head will be promoted to the vacant position and that the assistant porter will be promoted to the position previously held by J. T. Head, leaving the role of junior porter vacant and requesting H. M. Treasury fills this position.
