Enclosing a printed copy of the conditions on which the Loan Collection of Turner's Drawings and Sketches are lent to Provincial Museums and requesting he lay them before the Committee of his Corporation and Art Gallery and if approved requesting he sign them on their behalf and return them so that he may bring his application to the Trustees and Director of the Gallery.
