Explaining that the picture ['The Virgin and Child with Saint John and Two Angels'] by Botticelli can only be taken down on the following conditions: 1. that it is removed from the wall under the superintendance of the Gallery's framemaker Mr Dolman and his workmen, and 2. that all charges for this work are defrayed by his firm.
