Informing him that the cost of an assistant porter's uniform is £6-13-8 (however £2-3-3 is the cost of a grey coat that lasts 2 years) and while the Trustees and Director would regret an decision to take the cost of the uniform out of the attendant's salary, if this is to be done it should not exceed £2 per annum
