Entry stating that letters declining the purchase of pictures were sent to Mr George P. Osmond, Mr Henry Robson, William G. Beck and Mr Robert Moore, and a letter was sent to G. Croker Fox informing him that the Gallery will not be responsible for any loss or damage to his painting should he wish to forward it to the Trustees for inspection
