  • Research and surveys to audit skills survey and need of nationals 
  • In response to need, develop training opportunities and skill sharing initiatives highlighting sector best practice or cross-sector  
  • Travel and Research Bursaries available to membership 

Public Exchange

Opportunities to connect to new audiences through seed-funded research projects with network partners  

  • Platform leading sector research and projects by members that are diversifying collection narratives and decolonisation initiatives (through inclusion in join lead public programmes and digital content creation) 
  • Advocate and make available case-studies and best practise in the sector to the widest possible audience 

Skills and Knowledge exchange

Share more compelling and relevant stories to tell about Old Master collections, reflecting diverse contemporary perspectives which support improved social outcomes and learning opportunities. 

  • Establish annual in-person networking and exchange event (delivered in partnership with member organisations) 
  • Develop specialist training opportunities and access for specialist staff exchange 
  • Enable digital partnerships to support skills development and innovative projects
