Articulation partners

We work with over 50 museums, galleries, archives and universities across the country, empowering young people to look, think and speak about artworks that inspire them

Bridging the gap

Articulation has been described as ‘bridging the gap between schools and cultural organisations’. The generosity from partners to help, support and encourage young people to engage and discuss the arts, is central to the initiative’s development and success.

Everyone we work with, from Stirling in Scotland to Penzance in Cornwall, shapes how Articulation is organised and delivered. Every activity is tailored in consultation with the host venue to reflect their ethos and learning strategy.

Articulation Partners Day

An Artictulation Partners Day is held annually to thank all organisations that have supported the initiative throughout the year.

Previous Partners Days have been hosted in Manchester, Folkestone, Birmingham, Truro and Leeds.

In Summer 2022, this was hosted at the National Gallery and included an introduction and tour of the Gallery, group discussions and a presentation from an alumna.
