About

In this tasting session, we draw on the seasonal theme of light and dark, represented in our exhibition programme and the changing lights of autumn.

Wine science author Sunny Hodge takes a few pages from his much talked about book 'The Cynic's Guide to Wine' to discuss matters of wine and contrast.

Hodge dissects wine to help tasters understand how climate and winemaking techniques shift the balance of what's in your glass.
