National Gallery. Waterhouse tells Kay he is packed and soon to leave the National Gallery. Refers to Edwin Glasgow's return displaying his ignorance; a sarcastic reference to letter from Augustus M Daniel; Hake's return; and says J B Manson (Director of the Tate Gallery) was still recovering from the Stockholm banquet.
