Correspondence between Kay and the Medici Society, London, regarding the publication of 'Spanish Painting'. It includes a copy of a contract (2 May 1934), correspondence about photographs and about the delay in publication (1937). It also contains correspondence between Kay and The Incorporated Society of Authors, Playwrights, and Composers about finding another publisher (1938). The final two items (29 and 30 March 1939) are a copy of a letter from Kay's widow to the Medici Society about the possibility of publishing the book and the reply making an appointment to meet her.
