Letter (11 Jun 1889) from Lord Rosebery, written from Mentmore to Mr Agnew, discussing the position for a picture of [George] Washington (probably that by Gilbert Stuart). Rosebery would like Agnew to visit and offer his advice; he also hopes that Mrs Bolton [possibly Sir William Agnew's daughter Florence] is better.
