Letter (27 Sep  ) from Sir George James Thursby of Boveridge Park to Mr Agnew regarding the proposed sale or purchase of unnamed pictures. Thursby states that he will do all he can to assist Agnew, but that "I fear there is somebody else also after the pictures" and asks how long Agnew's "offer of £45,000 holds good."
