Dyer & Sons, 7 Mount Street (picture restorers), stating that he has instructed Mr Bruce at Leighton Hall to deliver four paintings, "Pas de Calais," "Dutch Luggers," "Venice" and "Colliers" to them, confirms that the paintings are his abolsute property and thanks them for the payment arrangements.
