A letter from Sholto, 2nd Baron Amulree to Geoffrey Agnew after the correspondent's visit to Somerset House to look up Thomas Agnew's will. It records that he left "under £80,000 with leaseholds", his sons Thomas, William and John Henry were his executors, Laura would receive £500 on her wedding, and another son Albert was mentioned in relation to possible bankruptcy in a codicil of 1861.
