Copy record of a letter (typed with handwritten additions) from Charles Gerald Agnew to Colin Agnew. Agnew encloses a letter (not included) from [Alfred] Yockney regarding an exhibition of English pictures in New York, at which a work by Thomas Lawrence owned by Charles Morland Agnew is to be shown. Agnew also details his dealings with [Arthur] Ruck, art dealer, regarding a viewing of the "Kilmorey Gainsboroughs" for [ ] Beevor and enquiries after a work owned by the Marquess of Cholmondeley [possibly 'Lady With a Squirrel and a Starling' by Holbein the Younger] and with [Arthur Joseph] Sulley and his potential purchase of the "Bardini Bellini."
